Magnesium Chloride (from Magnesium Flakes), Distilled Water, Witch Hazel, Aloe Vera Juice, Lavender Essential Oil, Chamomile Essential Oil.

Directions:
Shake well before use. Spray 3-5 times onto the bottoms of clean feet before bed. Massage in gently & let the calming ritual begin.
